Charleston, S.C. — i3 Real Estate, a brokerage and property management firm within i3 Global’s ecosystem of companies, has bolstered its growing team with the addition of Lark Harrison.
Harrison, who will be based in i3 Real Estate’s Charleston office, will serve as the company’s director of property management accounting. She’ll also be tasked with providing oversight and client onboarding for RAAMP, i3 Global’s operational software.
Built to manage a company’s core operations within a single platform, RAAMP features a dedicated commercial property management system that integrates leasing, operational and financial functionality for managers, tenants and owners. It’s central to how the firm supports property operations and reporting across its real estate portfolios.
“We are very pleased to welcome Lark to i3 Real Estate,” said Michael Prince, the company’s managing director. “Her experience in the industry, along with an established professional network, makes her a strong addition to the team. In just a short amount of time, she’s already become an invaluable asset — not only to i3 Real Estate and our clients — but also to i3 Global and the continued development of RAAMP.”
Harrison brings experience across real estate development, property management accounting and construction operations. Prior to joining i3 Real Estate, she served as real estate development manager for The Spinx Company, where she was involved in early-stage market strategy planning, site selection and evaluation all the way through the due diligence and entitlement coordination processes.
Previously, Harrison was a property management accountant at NAI: Earle Furman, Columbia, Piedmont Triad for seven years, gaining experience with MRI, QuickBooks and Yardi. There, she was responsible for full-cycle accounting functions and reporting for up to 75 properties in collaboration with property and asset managers, and contributed to the promotion of the company’s services and culture.
Harrison holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Furman University and a master’s degree in real estate development from Clemson University. Her background combines accounting, development and property management experience, with a focus on operational structure and systems.
“The opportunity at i3 Real Estate is really appealing to me because it offers a unique mix of several different roles. There’s the property management side, team building from the ground up, organizationally, and software development paired with a fast-paced culture that allows me to grow with the company, contributing to its long-term success,” said Harrison.
